Shane Philips is a Toronto based yoga instructor who teaches kids from JK to Grade 8 mindfulness and meditation since 2018 through the Toronto District School Board. MKYoga provides a strong foundation for athletics by improving core strength, flexibility, and balance, which are essential for optimal performance in any sport. It enhances body awareness and coordination, allowing children to move efficiently and reduce the risk of injury. Additionally it emphasizes mental focus and breath control, helping kids maintain composure during stressful situations.
